all 3 are nice but went with CT just because of the scarcity of it. im also a bit wary of marbled color vinyl by the national after the IAETF CT exclusive debacle. i don't know if you own or had seen the CT exclusive but it was hilariously bad.

If anyone missed out on the colored edition of the 93-16 box set and is kicking themselves like I was, a handful have popped back up on Amazon UK. Came out to about $140 shipped. Mine arrived in the States yesterday surprisingly well-packed and in perfect shape, and yup, it is in fact the colored press! Demon is also still honoring the replacement discs for the faulty Night Thoughts pressing - sent an email last night and woke up this morning to a reply saying they were sent out.

I hope Suede fans don't mind, but I wanted to share this and did not want to start a new thread.
 
One of my favorite Suede-like Britpop bands, Geneva, is reissuing remastered / expanded versions of their two big albums.  According to the band's Bandcamp site the LP's include 2 discs, bonus songs and a bonus 7".
 
Both LP's are realllly cheap for pre-order from Target.com right now, and are also part of the Buy-2-Get-1-Free sale.  Can't beat the price, and I love the band and the music.  Suede fans who have not heard Geneva should listen asap, IMO.
 

i think they didnt label it as limited because there is no black pressing. like the national sleep well beast it was blue or white, although they did market the blue as limited. perhaps one of the two colors is limited in this case?

It doesn't say purple or colored on the website but the UPC code matches with the bar code on the sticker. Pretty sure it is purple as I haven't seen a black run as far as I'm aware. Even Amazon is going to have purple at some point:

Here I am, I ordered all the 10 variants. This band represents something special for me, not only for musical reasons but also personal. I contributed to set up a show for them in my country two years ago, I meet them, saw them live and was a unique experience. They’re wonderful people, I kept in touch with one of them and we often talk. 
Last but not least the new album is going to be epic.

Hopefully US stores will carry this for less. They should reissue Finally We Are No One as well.

As long as Rip Tide is still cloth bound with foil lettering than I think the artwork is fine. It would be very dull if it were simply a brown sleeve with the title printed in matte gold ink. It's $2 more than the others, hopefully that's why.
