Krang Smudge Edition Vinyl is up now

So in spite of my apprehension the London show these guys put on was really amazing. They only played Days Of Self Destruction and cuts from Vol. 1 and Infiltrate. Destroy. Rebuild. which made it a worthwhile nostalgia fest. So if you loved the first two records this is definitely the tour to see them on.

That being said I don't see me buying this album at all. Unsurprising as I was at the height of my adoration for these guys over a decade ago without the associated teenage skate rat memories it all falls flat.

It was a pleasant surprise to see Quake pop up on the webstore. That was one of the most important video games growing up for me. One of my favorite aspects of the game was seeing the ammo packs for the Nailgun branded with the NIN logo, of course.

Roughly 1/3 of the book was a choose-your-own-adventure about refunds.

Yeesh....I've been over Feldman since Stomping Ground.  Can't stand his production style and can't believe he's kept putting out material under the Goldfinger moniker for this long

I agree with your message more than you care to know. I disagree with your tone and the time and place. That tone isn't going to open any hearts and minds to the message.
 
Chris Cornell's music meant so much to so many people in so many different ways. I'm usually not an emotional person when it comes to death, but as I ponder what his music has meant to me, I can't help but mourn his passing with a heavy heart. His voice and songwriting skills were truly special and will continue to inspire, support, and uplift me for the rest of my life.

Just, just fuck everything. I usually don't get so worked up over deaths in the music industry, due to what people go through in the industry it's unfortunately expected, but this, no. This is so unexpected. His was so young, and this was so sudden. Man, I don't even know how to interpret this. Badmotorfinger is in my top 10 favorite albums of all time, and absolutely love everything Chris touched. This is a rough  one. Thoughts go out to his family and loved ones. 

If it uses the same plates as the Fat Possum reissue, it will likely sound like garbage. I have the OP and the FP reissue. The reissue is laden with inner groove distortion and other surface noise. It's a shame because Simply Beautiful is an incredible song.

Was going to order this album. I'm glad I hesitated. Like the album but won't be listening to it again until I know the quality of the people behind it. I believe in innocent until proven otherwise but when you already have strikes against you..... I can't support you.
