Thank you for using the proper backwards R in the title. 

After getting the response from DDW I held my record under a bright light for a good solid 30 seconds https://i.imgur.com/25A6KV2h.jpg and managed to get it to glow https://i.imgur.com/CWYnPX6h.jpg.
 
I'm familiar with other glow in the dark items and records but usually they are a bit stronger without having to "charge" it so much. 

Like most things that glow in the dark it should just need to be exposed to some light. The more you expose it to the more glow it will have. I just had mine out in normal room light for a couple minutes when i ran home for lunch and then brought it into a dark closet and didn't see any glow. My kid's toys glow good enough that way. That along with the fact that it looks just like the other not-really-limited-variant made me think it wasn't gitd. But I will blast it with a high power flashlight or my wife's screenprinting lights for a minute when i get home and try again.

You know a variant is baller when you have to turn off the lights and squint at it to get the full effect.

Just got mine and it is also clear and not glow in the dark. Looks like they really messed this one up.

Just started watching the new season this morning but i haven't got to this episode yet. I can't recommend this show enough,  just don't let the first episode of season one put you off. There are some really great episodes in the series. That being said this shirt is really awful.

Mine show as "packaged" now thankfully. And just got a shipped notice for the 7M3. Not a bad day at all.

The release date was the 16th, but close. But anyhow you can probably flip it on Ebay for a couple hundred profit whenever it does show up.

I pay for the Distill extension and it has been worth it for me. I have it running on a computer that is always up and it emails me immediately when my alerts go off. The free version is great if you are just monitoring a few pages, or if you don;t need email alerts. Sadly today I was dealing with some paperwork at the Canadian border and had to have my phone off so I just missed LiT.

It's got that "Hardcore Henry" vibe. And are the tracks really printed on the cover? All of their Creation covers were fantastic. This just felt like a bastardized version of Nowhere to me. But as long as the music is good I'll be snagging it at some point.
