I sometimes think these sellers have fake accounts driving up the bidding or completing fake sales to give the illusion of actual demand... Like on Discogs when you see a record's sales history and there's one massive outlier.

I bet these will be on sale within 6 months to a year. They're going to stick around for a while.

DF let you do your own formatting of things, it was less a database and more a collection manager. When it was around I always thought that Discogs was too complicated; but I don't think I could go back now.

For me and everyone I know personally who likes NFG, this record was initially hated and then loved when revisited a few years later. I think it was a sound within pop punk that no one was ready for at the time, but as the genre changed and more bands made this transition, you eventually go back to this record and really appreciate  how good it was.
 
This was my least favorite NFG record when it came out, and now it's probably my second or third favorite.

Same here with the mislabeling. Also the tracklist printed on the back of the jacket has still searching first, then LIEY. Probably a mix up on which record comes first lol

I have an A Loss For Words record that's white with blue splatter and it looks very similar, down to the crayon-looking "splatter"

The set is nice and significant. I consider it worth the price. VC remains one of the most user-unfriendly sites to post pictures to. I'd be happy to share a couple but don't have the time to deal with this interface to do so unfortunately. 

An update on Qrates:

I went through the process again with them when they shipped the second record as media mail. Same customer service rep, same reply that their priority uses media mail. This time I decided to reply back and kindly let them know if I didn't receive a refund towards shipping costs I would be filing a credit card dispute due to false advertising.
 
Their response: "As a gesture of goodwill, we'll proceed with the partial and just to confirm you're requesting for a refund for 4 USD? Once we process this, please be advised that our Priority shipping is using Media Mail, to avoid confusion moving forward."
 
Additionally I can confirm my credit card company sided with me for the dispute I placed. I don't really know any other details other than their brief letter stating I would be receiving a permanent credit for the amount I disputed.
 
End story: if you pay for something specific, you shouldn't be given less than what is paid for and documented. It's in their own writing on the receipt. All they have to do is stop calling it priority shipping and call it what it is: media mail. Or just call it shipping. I'm not going to lecture grown adults running their own business because in my opinion that would be rude. They just need to correct their wording and stop misleading customers.

Here's the thing, if you don't open it, you don't actually know anything about the state of the record. Sure its sealed. But so what? The record could still be pressed off centre due to a mistake at the pressing plant. The wrong music could have been recorded onto the disc. It could have two A sides or two B sides. There could be residue stuck to the disc that no one noticed before they put it in the sleeve and sealed it with the shrink wrap. Sealed doesn't necessarily mean "mint". 

If you don't open to make sure it's mint, you should say it's "presumed mint". There could be damage in shipping that you can't see unless you open.

People are funny. Both are out of /1000 but the first one that appears sold out significantly faster than the second. Either people really prefer red over blue, or they panicked and clicked the first assuming it was more limited.
