agaetisbyrjun
just the other day actually. my wife and I both loved it. as for ETR, I don't really care about all the drama. if they press something I want, i'll buy it. I don't have to like a company's owner or business tactics to buy their product. I fucking hate chick-fil-a, but I love their chicken sandwiches and go there all the time. Yeah but at least with Chic-Fil-A you can do something positive about it http://chickfilaconfessional.com/
stl_ben
Yep, don't care about the baby mama drama....if you press something I want I'll be all over it. Very happy to have Bad Rabbits LP in my collection thanks to ETR. jewfro
sacredheart
So your favorite band breaks up because they cant financially survive playing music for a living. 10-15 years later another person presses their album, and you dont care that the band still getting screwed out of money for the art they created??? tokimedo

My favorite band hasn't broke up. They can survive playing music for a living. And if those things did happen, and I wanted the music bad enough no I wouldn't care if the band got "screwed" for the art they created. I buy bootlegs sometimes (bands get nothing from that) and some times even big labels screw over bands.... Of course we have no idea the complete ins and outs of every deal, so yeah lets dog pile on this label some more. Bad Rabbits seem pretty happy with their release on ETR, and so am I. throughbeingcruel
I make more than double my state's minimum wage, and I work for a company that's a million times worse than ETR. Stop telling me how to spend my money. If the release is quality, I don't care who puts it out. I'm not gonna miss out on Drive Thru reissues because Rich was a fucking scumbag. Same applies here. stl_ben

stl_ben
That seems like a decent set of rules. I agree people shouldn't rush into buying things sometimes. But there is a difference between not buying something because you don't really like the music and not buying something because some one who had a small part in releasing the music did something shitty to someone in the past. (that being said I won't buy anything on Hitler Records )

I am actually suggesting that this isn't a quality release on top of the fact the label is run by a scumbag.

How about I earn my paychecks and I'll spend 'em on whatever the hell I want? Ha, in all honesty I've never heard of this band before. Guest
Funny how people weren't defending ETR records like this until things died down. Ben is a record flipper (not trying to start a flipping debate as I am pretty indifferent about the matter), right? So why would he care where the record comes from when he will make a profit? throughbeingcruel
I'm just saying I have no problem giving ETR my money for things like the SoCo reissues, Honorary Title, and a couple others he has done. Bitch about shady business practices all you want, but most of you probably wear Nikes. knifeparty, jewfro and nardes

Never flipped a single ETR release. Do I flip? Yes. Do I collect? Yes So am a flipper or a collector? I do buy about 50 records to keep for every 1 I flip. So that must mean I am the devil aka a flipper.
stl_ben
Also those of you who will not buy from ETR, will you buy records from Moonshake? If so I would love to hear your logic.
