I contacted them but haven't sent back my 2nd A/B, as I assumed we would receive an email when it'd be necessary (especially because the first press took so long....). It had a C/D in a regular paper sleeve, with a piece of paper with Dorothy lyrics on it, with the reverse saying "place over dorothy lyrics". ha. Here's hoping for everyone else.
