kurtz
I'm watching this right now. Damn, this show is funny. First episode was great! Second one is starting out strong!
destroyingthescene
Love love love Louis C.K., gonna have to hunt for this online since we canadians are out of luck for the time being.
troymess
A bit different than his previous effort, Lucky Louie, but really good all the same. I like the transitions between sketch and stand-up comedy.
scotterson
I watched a few minutes in the middle and it did not grab me. I need to give it a shot from the beginning. Hopefully they re-air it soon, or it's available on demand.
benchwarmer
really? I thought it was kind of painful to watch.
mygreatdevastator
I passed out last night while trying to watch it. Hopefully it is On Demand
birdwell
liked the first episode a lot more than the second...i'll definitely be watching the rest of the season though
oakland
Parts were really funny, but I think you have to be familiar with his standup in order not to wince. It is painful to watch some of his fuck ups. It's like he takes things that he would make a good joke out of and shows you the real, pathetic truth about what really happened. I liked it, but it was disturbing.
mcm1610
The commercials made me laugh, so I meant to watch it, but apparently I didn't pay attention enough to the commercials to learn when it premiered.
scottheisel
Just read an awesome (and extensive) interview with him on the AV Club yesterday which makes me want to check this show out ASAP: http://www.avclub.com/articles/louis-ck,42621/
thesupervillain
I love his standup, and I actually liked Lucky Louie. Guess I'll have to download this. "I'm 40 years old and I weigh two-hundred and forty pounds! You know how doctors have formulas to figure out what your weight should be? I'm pretty sure it's not your age plus two hundred pounds!" amsterdamned
The scene with the helicopter had me going "what?!" and laughing my ass off at the same time.
Snaggle Von Swift
the opening scene of the 2nd episode was pretty damn great.
kirbypuckett
I watched the first episode, pretty good. Like P Fresh the Helicopter scene had me going LOLWUT. Chelsea Peretti was great in it.
slinch
So, season 4 starts May 5th. 14 episodes, two each week. http://collider.com/louie-season-4-premiere-date-may-5/ CANNOT WAIT. I adore this guy.
steventangent
This show is damn good. Probably the best thing on TV right now, in my opinion. I don't have tv though, so I may end up just paying to watch it on amazon like I had been for breaking bad.
aflycon
Yeah, this show kicks ass. Really excited for it to come back!
steventangent
I think if people had kind of a "wtf" reaction to it early on, seeing more episodes probably smoothed that over. It certainly isn't like anything else, and even when the "experiments" in the show don't go all that well, it's still really worthwhile to see someone doing something so out there and fresh compared to television in general. It's so hard to pick a favorite, but "Bummer/Blueberries" is one I could point to as being really great.

dreamover
Just finished the season. Real heavy season. Some great performances.
aflycon
I am very satisfied with how this season wound up. I think I (and most other viewers of Louie) saw that ending coming in like, Season 2, but I'm looking forward to seeing where the show goes next year. I really appreciated the role of the doctor in the building - can't remember his name - "Now, I'm not entirely sure what your name is, but you really are a classic idiot." The only problem I really had was the six-part "Elevator" episode. It was good, of course (has there been a bad episode of this show?) but it just felt like it dragged on to me. I did really enjoy "In the Woods."
