TFP
Rumor has it that there will be a Man Of Steel teaser trailer attached to The Dark Knight Rises! It will supposedly be 1:27 in length! Only 1 week to go and I feel like it can't come soon enough. I have my IMAX 12:01 ticket and hopefully I will get that Bane poster that comes with the IMAX midnight showing. I can almost guarantee that, but I will know for sure when I do the build for TDKR this week. (Trailers, cues, etc). I know that we have the trailer already though. darkeyelids
Just returned from the midnight screening, of course i wont spoil anything, some real suprises But it is amazing, equally on par with TDK Joseph Gordon-Levitt really stood out for me in this movie
dreamover
let's keep the spoilers to a minimum for at least a week. so excited to see this. got my midnight ticket too. gonna go to the legit imax in chicago in a week or two.
kriss
^ agreed on the spoilers. I have tickets to see it in imax on Monday. Working through the weekend, so I won't have time to really cheat and read plot synopsis and whatnot. I'm really glad that the reactions have been so great to the film overall - I remember being 10 when Batman Forever came out and being super bummed - it's good to see a Bats film beat the third film jinx. mcm1610
I don't know what I care about more... seeing it ASAP or seeing it in IMAX. IMAX is sold out for midnight and Friday, but I don't want to go too long risking getting anything spoiled. I haven't been reading anything about this one unlike TDK where I wanted every detail. I haven't been reading anything about this one unlike TDK where I wanted every detail. i had the same dilemma. i saw TDK in theaters 4 or 5 times (two in IMAX). i decided it's more important to see it as early as possible to avoid spoilers. it's gonna be amazing no matter how big the screen. i will see it in IMAX when things die down and I can get a good seat. we have the legit IMAX in chicago too. which i guess there's only about 5 or 6 of them left in the US. noodle
midnight showing tomorrow. imax later.
seamoney
The IMAX at Henry Ford/Greenfield Village sold out in under a half hour, so I'll have to see it there another time. No matter what I was not missing seeing this at midnight, even though I have to be at work at 6 am Friday morning.
batman
i'm going to a trilogy presentation tomorrow. such a long time to be sitting in a theater, but i figure i'd get there about 3 hours early for a midnight show anyway, so i might as well be watching TDK instead of waiting in the lobby. BuzzersonKillwell
^ Master Wayne. I'm seeing this tonight at midnight. I was going to do the trilogy bit but I think it might be a bit long. I can barely sit through one movie without peeing myself.

mclz
thanks too much, jeffersonhowell. i'm planning to watch it again on 3d.... Yu, this isn't coming out in 3D. Christopher Nolan refuses to release his films in 3D.

mcm1610
Maybe they mean IMAX or HD rather than 3d?

clydethejackal
Loved it. Though I thought Tom Hardy's voice for Bane was a little distracting.
rudeboydh
My sister just got out of a midnight viewing. She said she thinks it's the best of the 3.
Rip
This was definitely the best film of the trilogy. In my opinion, Heath Ledger as the Joker is what made The Dark Knight. But this was such an amazing all-around film.
