A few weeks ago I updated my payment method, and in the confirmation email for that, it said the expected delivery date was the week of 8/12, so I still had some hope, but to no avail. My order got cancelled too so I spoke to a customer service rep via chat. I was totally cool with nothing but just wanted to see if they'd give me anything for my "troubles." I was very nice with them and they were very nice with me. I mentioned that someone said they'd gotten a $15 credit, rather than the $5 I was offered and they checked with their manager and got me $15 in credit. I mentioned that someone said they'd gotten a $15 credit, rather than the $5 I was offered and they checked with their manager and got me $15 in credit. I'm pretty happy with it, it was handled well. I already used my $15 to get the newest Neko Case deluxe edition vinyl for $1.69 Been wanting to snag that little gal for a while and couldn't bring myself to pay $20+ on it. Good deal + credit = the besttttt! Read a couple reviews of this record that said it was SUUUUPER distorted. Decided to cancel my order, even though I love it. While I was completely polite and understanding, all I could get was a guarantee that if and when Amazon gets some in, I will be notified and allowed to purchase it for $5.99.
