electrocute
Anyone know where I can pick this up at (if still available)?
Shitty Rambo
^It'll probably start to become affordable on eBay, or you could try and hold out for a color copy if they ever become available (but that's a pretty big IF).
almightyseancore
just made a trade the other day with some cat on here for an OG bleed american. pretty stoked to finally get it. the only down side is...this is going to force me to get futures, chase this light, and invented now. i was happy with just static prevails, clarity and a handful of their 7" in my collection, but now that i'm dabbling in their pop-rock territory, i feel forced to finish the job. I effin love jew, and it took me a while to get into chase this light, but I just cannot get into invented at all for some reason. it really disappoints me. kjkenney
true story. I've just always loved them for how I can throw on an album of theirs and its all so fluid to where I never have to skip tracks or anything. so I guess really disappoint in those regards. not to say all the songs blow or anything just as an album...meh
llamason56
i like invented more than i like chase this light personally. upon first listen i wasn't into invented but it's grown on me a lot

I effin love jew, and it took me a while to get into chase this light, but I just cannot get into invented at all for some reason. it really disappoints me. i hate invented, not a big futures fan either...23 and polaris were great tho. and chase this light is their best album since clarity, imo. i fucking loved that album, but never picked up the vinyl. invented actually rips off some riffs from chase this light, only they don't sound nearly as good when used in bad songs. i just have a completion issue when it comes to collecting records from specific bands. jimmy quickly became my favorite band when they put out clarity, but really dissapointed me with bleed american. so if i had to do an album order of awesomeness (not including the s/t or the singles collection) it would be: 1 static prevails 2 clarity 3 chase this light 4 bleed american 5 futures 6 invented yuh. llamason56
kinda surprise you list static prevails over clarity. just the overall recording quality of that album knocks it down for me. i need to give chase this light another complete listen through. i liked it but didn't love it. i don't even know how i'd list my jew albums in favorite to least. just because it would be low on my list wouldn't really mean i didn't like the album but i'll give it a shot. 1. clarity 2. futures 3. bleed american 4. static prevails 5. invented 6. chase this light but i've never been disappointed fully. i've always liked each album, just some more than others
Daiei
JEW lost me after Bleed American (even that wasn't up to par, but hey, what is after Clarity?). But then again I didn't really give the albums a REAL chance. I listened to clips and just thought "meh, few good singles here or there." Maybe I'll give post Bleed American another try. They're the kind of the band that you really want to like and hate to part with.

rocknroll76
So, I put a little WD-40 on a towel and rubbed that pesky "Paul Oakenfold" and "great wall" off my mini turntable...worked like a charm.
almightyseancore
kinda surprise you list static prevails over clarity. static prevails always wins, always. tho i can understand the clarity argument, i love both.

Shitty Rambo
I imagine BSM will randomly throw up a couple copies during the next week (canceled orders, returns, bad payments and what not). Just check it whenever you get a moment, you never know when you might luck out!
