vinyl addict
As far as I know, its still pressed. Much like the "Limited Edition" Lateralus. Wow that pink Diamond Eyes is odd for sure
Gippej
Deftones, in my opinion, are at the top of their game. Diamond Eyes is my favorite Deftones album of all time, and Koi is a close second or third. I cannot wait to hear what they come up with. So much more raw and angry. nothingnatural
scottiek2
Have a white copy. Absolutely blows me away every time I spin it. One of the better mastering jobs IMHO.

I dig every album, but I'm just such a fan of what deftones does on their later albums. For the early stuff, I'm more of a around the fur or white pony guy myself. mcpherson123
I hope the new album is more "Rosemary"/"Tempest" than "Goon Squad"/"Gauze". The latter songs were still cool ideas but the structures were piss poor and made virtue of the ideas less effective than they could have been. 19841gg3
White Pony will always be the pinnacle to me, I loved Adrenaline and ATF back in the day but they're pretty much burnt out to me minus a few tracks. As far as the post Chi stuff I'd have to go Diamond Eyes > KNY...it's one of the few records by them that's a consistent listen front to back with no letdowns. Ryan8765
I disagree. I personally thing Gauze is the best song on the album. I loved "Diamond Eyes". "KNY" didn't really do it for me as a whole. Then again, I feel the same way about "White Pony". I'm just weird.
mrewest
The best part of Deftones is that you can ask a million people what their favorite album is & you probably wouldn't have 1 majority ruler. I personally go Diamond Eyes as my favorite. And S/T doesn't get enough love. KNY never clicked with me like it did for others, but I still love it. vinylfilmaholic
It's tough for me to rate their albums but if I had to: Diamond KNY Deftones White Pony Adrenaline Around the Fur SNW
psus2h
My top two are Diamond Eyes and SNW. surprised it's not getting more love.
Juturna90
My top two are Diamond Eyes and SNW. surprised it's not getting more love. I feel the exact same way about SNW. That album was constantly in my car when it first came out. Self titled is my favorite of them all though.
vinylfilmaholic
I used to love SNW when it came out but either I played it too much or it got overshadowed by something slse. I just don't listen to it much now. There are no "bad" Deftones albums in my book though.
topher
I love Saturday Night Wrist. It'd be my favorite if White Pony, Koi No Yokan and Diamond Eyes didn't exist. It's so weird to me that the album came from such a fractured time for the band. It doesn't play like it at all. Very cohesive, very strong tunes. topher
That actually reminds me. Does anyone else's CD copy of SNW sound like shit? I know both vinyl pressings were a little sketchy, (I own neither) but I picked up a CD to rip to my computer, and it sounds super compressed. Like a really cheap YouTube mp3 rip or something. Was it just mastered really poorly?

throughbeingcruel
Not even trying to give myself a headache by ranking their albums. But the progression from White Pony to Deftones to Saturday Night Wrist is so perfect. Those three are all even in my book.
HybridxReality
SNW is the album that got me into this band, so I have a strong love for it. Also don't get the "Change (In the House of Flies)" hate. Fucking great song.

It's mainly based off the fact that a lot of people have been asked what their favorite song is after being a fan and "Change" being one of the most picked song, but who caaaaaares. Song is so good and it's one of my personal favorites!
