Guest
Man, tried to grab this at the show last night and they said they sold out in Vancouver on Saturday. They must have held a few back to sell online, but I'm glad I was still able to swoop one.

hobohunter48
I got one, was considering trying to get a second one for someone on here but I didn't know if they would cancel it or not since it was such limited numbers so I didn't. paintedinexile
Good thing I was able to get one. Now I need to get rid of my two black copies. Haha.
shley
I was impressed with these guys during the Toronto show at the Danforth Music Hall. Couldn't believe the kids and how much they were going off, especially during the closer King Park. Fortunately, I grabbed a copy of this tour press (not knowing it would be this limited). It was either a $20 double LP - Wildlife or a $20 EP being On The Possible Past. It should be noted - I was disappointed with the closing cover track by the Zingers. HWM put on a great show - as expected.
artlovesyou
Tour pressing arrived today, complete with a booger-edge. I guess the blade was getting dull?

blanchardoswald
Also didn't see it posted anywhere on the boards, but theres yet another new pressing of Somewhere at the Bottom on Green/Green /550, and a couple copies of the Brown/Brown up: https://www.nosleepstore.com/product/108/somewhere-at-the-bottom-of-the-river
fourfourtwo
I have the pink version of this. Does it sell for much?
blanchardoswald
Not really, maybe 30-35. No variant ever sells more than that and No Sleep does a good job of keeping this in print to flood the market.
pushbacktosquare
I have the pink version of this. Does it sell for much? Nah. Won't go over 50 usually. I think that's why they keep repressing it. So that fans won't have to resort to eBay. Looks like it's working
swemoll
I don't get why more labels don't do this. It seems there is a pretty consistent call for La Dispute records, maybe that's why. Which is good they deserve it.
zacooper
ya now if they'd just repress the old 7"s or do a compilation of them like they just did with the wonder years.
museummouth
Every label should do this. The labels and the bands make money, not the ebay flippers. No Idea does this with everything.

They were always self-pressed by the band, I believe. Everything about those were done by the band.

dantheriver
Not sure why you're saying that. Can't sell his copy for tons of money if they make a bunch more! I'm honestly not sure why Friction Records hasn't repressed this yet, given LD's current popularity level. They recently repressed the BvsS albums, which were going for around $40 a pop on eBay, so maybe this is next.
Aych
It's amazing how many copies of both of these La Dispute albums No Sleep has been able to move in the past few years. Like, with Wildlife, they did a massive first pressing (5000), then a second pressing (1800) and now a third pressing. And With Somewhere..., there are well over 4000 copies pressed and they're probably planning on making more. Honestly, it's really cool. Also, it appears as though I picked up the last of the brown/brown copies they had listed on their webstore. Thanks for the heads-up, Blanchard Oswald! koljou
I'd love to see Vancouver repressed just so it would be more accessible to people. As much as I want that album on vinyl, I'd rather spend $20 for it. Plus, you'd still always have that first press which makes it more valuable than any repressings would be regardless.
