EmoVeganBoy Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Looks like a repress is coming! Got a tweet from @spartanrecords and they have a picture up on their facebook! No solid evidence of this yet. It's actually a video from the app Vine rather than a picture, and yeah it is a first press that is shown. Mae is doing 3 shows about a week from now for the 10 year anniversary of the album, so I don't know if they are just showing the record because of that or if it will actually be repressed. It makes me like them less. ok, fine, you all are right Didn't realize how many people wouldn't have gotten the first press! Thought I was far more alone in loving this album--bought it on a whim at Ichthus Festival in Kentucky in 2004. I didn't even know who Mae was and they hadn't performed. A friend and I just needed to spend our last $20 bucks so we bought some CDs in that big CD section of the merch tent lol. Apparently the CD is worth quite a bit now, too. I do hope their other stuff gets pressed like Singularity and the EPs. I know Singularity did not do it for everyone but I loved "Brink of Disaster" and "Waiting". I did just shake hands with Zach from Mae however and he said as far as he knows preorders for the second press of Destination will start on Monday.
