John likes to tout being indie for life, but the guy is apparently a prick in real life (I've had words with him online and he was definitely a dick in that capacity). No way I'm paying that much!" Oh 22-year-old me, how far we've come. I also would have liked to see this be metallic gold like the Grizzly Bear LP that came out this year. Honestly I am in love with the color/transparency of the records. I think it goes really well with the feathers in the artwork. Can't wait to get my hands on this hopefully next week!
