Not sure if the connector is bad or what. I really don't want to take it apart again, the damn keyboard clip sucked trying to reattach. I'll try again in the morning I guess. Who knows for how long, but hopefully for another year or so. Might upgrade the ram soon. I need to open it back up and clean it out bad, it is super dusty, but I'm out of compressed air. I know you will keep us posted I read and reviewed the vid and Hoffman forums last night (lp120). I'm thinking those o-rings around the tonearm are a great idea. I never would have thought about those, and I've always used a rubber mat. I've never had an issue with hearing the rotating of the platter while the table is in use. I'm curious to see if he is still charging a ton for the Thorens, and it looks like he has a few 1200's too, so I'll check the prices on those out. Hopefully I can get off my street sometime soon. If it's a repair/reuse shop, he probably wants $300-500 for the 1200's We have nothing of this nature (resale shop) here in Bloomington. Odd. I take that back. We have one in with a record shop, but I don't like giving that guy any of my business. He jacks up prices on everything to cover his extreme overhead.
