My anxiety level is quite high, but I've noticed my body starting to clear itself of all the crap in my lungs. It's crazy how fast it starts. I didn't smoke a ton, but not a little either. It's going to be really nice when they clear up completely. No relapsing this time, like I did a few years ago when I quit for a few months. This time is it for good.
