I'm still at the annoying withdrawal stages, but it's slowly passing. My anxiety level is quite high, but I've noticed my body starting to clear itself of all the crap in my lungs. It's crazy how fast it starts.

 

I didn't smoke a ton, but not a little either. I was spending like $35/week on cigarettes, so that's going to be an awesome amount of savings in a year.

if you get a hankering throw a patch on. itll release just the right amount to get you over the hump.

Hopefully it won't come to that, since 72 hours is usually the physical addiction time. I can deal with the odd cravings here and there after. It's going to be really nice when they clear up completely. No relapsing this time, like I did a few years ago when I quit for a few months. This time is it for good.
