But it looks cut to me.Part of of the slit is jagged, and it's not on the actual seam part of the plastic so I don't know. Maybe not though. It was sealed inside a mondo mailer, and I ordered directly from them. I emailed them about it, though not really expecting a response, just thought I'd give it a try.
