GMay
What movies do I NOT cry in? I get too emotionally invested in a movie and then get really depressed for the rest of the day. Garden state Wicker park Eternal sunshine The Harry potters Her Agree with all of these
FailureByDesign
Forrest Gump is the only movie that ever really makes me cry
tooclosetosee
My wife was pregnant with our first child when we saw Crash (Haggis, not Cronenberg). The scene with the little girl running out to protect her father from being shot absolutely devastated me. Since having kids I've definitely become more affected by movies/TV. I got chocked up watching a commercial with young girls talking about self image the other day for Christ sake! This is why my wife and I don't watch the walking dead anymore. A little girl becoming a zombie and having to kill her was what did us in. Also, google commercials make me cry....

noalarmplanet
I watched "Life Itself" last night the Rodger Ebert Doc. Started crying in the first like five min. He gives this amazing speech about how movies are things that generate empathy. I was a wreck the whole movie. Glad six feet under was mentioned, hands down best TV Show and best finale, I can think of few times i've been more effected. The latest episode of The Leftovers fucked me up good too. danionly
P.S. I Love you. I'm usually not into girly-romance movies, but this one did me in really hard.
openupyourskull
Some ones that immediately come to mind... Control How to Train Your Dragon (#2 especially, I was such a mess in that theater...) Dead Poets Society What's Eating Gilbert Grape The Silence of the Lambs ("that" scene between Clarice and Hannibal, not that it's sad but because it's just so incredible) Life Aquatic The Fox and the Hound Les Mis
Subdomestic
I get choked up watching The Future is Unwritten (the Joe Strummer biopic) when it gets to the part where Joe dies. His wife telling the story of him mailing out his handpainted Christmas cards and then people receiving them the day he passed. Aw man... Breezus
I haven't properly cried since I was a kid (which is weird) but I always get teary-eyed when I watch these movies: Schindler's List First Pokémon Movie The Pianist Pan's Labyrinth The Perks of Being a Wallflower The Fault in Our Stars As far as series go, definitely The Walking Dead (when beloved characters suddenly get killed off) and HIMYM. Also, that Glee episode that paid tribute to Cory Monteith destroyed me.
