Guest realtalk
Upcoming from Mondo is the soundtrack to John Carpenter's classic movie "Halloween" starring Donald Pleasence, Jamie Lee Curtis, P.J. Soles and Nancy Loomis. Written by John Carpenter and Debra Hall, the soundtrack will supposedly be released later this month. An instagram video posted to Mondo's twitter account shows a test pressing of the soundtrack being played.

Whip Wilson
I hope it receives proper treatment and not just a beautiful package. I'd like to see this release include the extra tracks and curs found on the expanded release much like Death Waltz did with The Fog.

Guest realtalk
This soundtrack was previously pressed to wax by Varese Sarabande in the US, Celine Records in Germany, and Nippon Columbia Co. Whip Wilson
Part of me wishes this was a Death Waltz release. I think it would come out much nicer. It probably would. I like Mondo, but I worry that the audio portion of this won't be their priority as much as it would be in another label's hands.

It will probably be $25 and for the same price Death Waltz has better sleeves, plus poster, plus no random variants.
