All the releases they do have are either opened or damaged in some way, yet most of them still have the same price. Either train the employees not mess up the records/get an actual display case and not a milk crate placed on the floor or be more willing to drop prices on damaged items. Just saying. I was planning on giving this to someone as a Christmas gift. I e-mailed HT customer service and haven't heard back. Trying to get a replacement copy rushed. Is there anything I could do? Thanks.
