I have an idea of who will do the trial by combat. As soon as he said it everything kind of clicked because... In the trailer for this season it shows Oberyn in a duel really quickly, and since they introduced his character I've been waiting for this scene. Oberyn seems to be the only one that Tyrion could call on and he'd accept to not only defend Tyrion, but to get his revenge on Tywin/The Lannisters. I also thought it was really slick of Tywin to tell Jamie that Tyrion wouldn't be killed, but rather sent to the wall, AFTER Jamie promises to leave the kingsguard and continue the Lannister name.
