The regular version of this is only $16.72 on Amazon right now, if you'd rather have a version with cover art and liner notes and stuff.

Why do that when you can buy the super cool /300 variant

why wouldn't you pick the cheapest if you're so nonchalant about it.
 
personally I pick whichever one my financial manager says is best for my vinyl portfolio.

Bit the bullet on the black. I would easily take a loan out to collect and burn all Deftones serigraphs in existence.

Color doesn't matter as much as the quality of the vinyl, in my experience. Diamond Eyes is on white, and sounds great. Plenty of white records I have sound great, some of them fantastic. There is plenty of black vinyl that sounds like poop, not because it's black, because it's of inferior quality. Warner usually has some pretty good quality vinyl, so I wouldn't be turned off by white on this.

found a orange marble siamese dream and a old US Gish (date?) at a local shop that I NEVER go into.. might have to check it out from time to to time.

In his defense, this doesn't happen nearly as much as people think. Substantial temp changes will warp a record the same whether sealed or unsealed. In my experience, most sealed records keep pretty well as long as you treat them nicely. But, I get that people want to throw whatever neg vibes they can at people who scored a copy of a record they weren't as fortunate to get.

Why are you guys preordering? If you actually want this it will be avail in just about every record store known to man
