Besides the shipping, all I needed to do was listen to that first track to know I most likely will pass on this just as I did their last release. I guess some bands really shouldn't make more records and just let the past be the past.

I agree 100 percent.  That fishies nonsense  and now thrash is just a band trying to "branch out" and not doing it well. 
 
All we need next is a gizzard hip hop to drive this final nail into coffin.
 
This band was excellent with float along, fuzz, nonganon, banana,  poly and gumboot.
 
The rest of the stuff is pretty tacky and generic
 
 
 
 

I'd be willing to bet this is just the black variant which they pressed immediately after the brown/x variant and what you're seeing is leftover residue from the previous variant.
 
If your etchings/serials match up with whatever is listed on Discogs I'd say that's the only logical conclusion.
