jtcohenour
I'm gong to PO this LP today. I love what I have heard thus far.
doomcreep
I've heard the entire album and will say that if you haven't liked the songs released so far, you likely won't enjoy this album at all. There's not a single scream on the entire thing; a couple "yells" but nothing like their past material. It all sounds in line with the singles they've released; incredibly slow and mostly very mellow. It's an emotionally beautiful record and I personally love the new sound but it likely won't appeal to those that aren't welcoming it. PBTT can do no wrong, IMO. Love their music and from what I have heard I am really digging this evolved sound as well. It's nice to change it up a bit every now and then. Can't wait to get this and listen to it all the way through.

I loved their first album but haven't listened to it since The Lack Long After came out because TLLA is just that good.

parkinglot
I've said it so many times but TLLA is probably the most lyrically emotional record ever written, in my opinion. They're all tear jerkers, and I have yet to lose a very close loved one. I can't imagine listening to that record if I had lost my father. It makes me think about how since everyone dies, some day my father is going to die. Then I try not to cry. BigSeth and Fridge Fox

O4Onyee
"Repine" shows up as track 5 and 6 on the pitchfork advance stream (at least for me). Hopefully it's fixed soon.

Wasn't paying attention, I thought there were 11 tracks on the album instead of 10 so it doesn't even matter lol

Shitty Rambo
Nevermind, sold out. Is this only available on black? It was also on Navy and "cola", can't remember the numbers but I think the blue was the more limited variant.

dantheriver
I hate pitchfork. Do they have no grasp on how many people browse the Internet on their phones? Or just not care? Probably that. chriswamsley

Probably that. They're too concerned about their fancy graphic of a bouquet floating in a stream. But you wouldn't understand, if you're on your phone. omik11303
This album is actually incredible. I didn't listen to another single after Repine and am just now listening to the stream in full. Completely blew my preconceived notions out of the water. I'm gonna snag a black copy first thing after I get some cash. jtcohenour

Hobbes
I listened to The Lack Long After 3 or 4 times and thought it was good but this is phenomenal. Very emotion-provoking music and lyrics.
