Don't most of those albums already exist in mass produced quantities on cassette? Like, there has to be a bunch of $.50 copies of Enema floating around thrift stores and shit.

 

Sounds like a lot of other records being pressed nowadays. New trend, new hobby.

It would be  maybe cool if it was in a box set and had extras and was around $40 for all of them and a box. But $12 each nope.

 

Plus three variants each. Twelve total variants for four albums that are readily available on multiple formats for reasonable prices. I'm not one to judge anyone for how they spend their money, but business practices like this will likely drive a lot of people away from collecting, and likely spell a quicker demise in this particular trend.

It sounds like we need more variants and more reissues of the new cool hip thing, TAPES!
