clerk3745
For anyone wanting a little more, I'm on board after hearing this one. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5Z7jxyWWPYscC1MTWFjRXFrTWM/view
clerk3745
Also the QOTSA facebook said they would be taking this on tour "sooner than you think". Take that for what you will.
lethalenforcer
Interesting seeing Matt Helders on drums with Iggy Pop. I guess the Joshe Homme/Arctic Monkeys collab really took off. QOTSA and the Monkeys have been practically attached at the hip since 2009.
daegor
And the Amazon.ca one is the same price as the US but in Canadian dollars. Jumped on the chance as I doubt retail stores will be able to carry it for that cheap. Shame they don't have the deluxe at Amazon. Amazon.ca has the deluxe
daegor
QOTSA and the Monkeys have been practically attached at the hip since 2009. That explains why I liked them all of a sudden!
youspinmeround
QOTSA and the Monkeys have been practically attached at the hip since 2009. Nightmare and humbug were good albums that had homme influence. Suck it and Am were not very good imo
lethalenforcer
Nightmare and humbug were good albums that had homme influence. Well obviously Humbug as he produced it. I dug SIAS a lot more than AM.
Die Laughing
I like everything Josh has ever done up to this point, but I just can't get into either song so far.
mertzrock
Iggy literally lives right down the road from me here in Miami...
famousdrumer
Ditto, love Homme, especially when he collaborates, but this song didn't do it for me. heard the whole album a couple months ago, its pretty solid!
fuckinandsuckinandtouchin
Iggy literally lives right down the road from me here in Miami... That's awesome! Do you see him often? He seems like a cool guy, I've never met him before or seen him live yet.
cannonfunk
As a lifelong Iggy fan... Both of these songs are just slightly above mediocre. The production & musicianship deserve credit for recreating a sound/feeling, but Iggy is, as usual, dialing in the performance. He's isn't the same person he was during the Lust For Life period, and it shows on every level. He's a spiritually content, rich retiree that lives in Florida... not a drug-addled, cartwheeling madman living on the fringes. Honestly, I'd rather listen to him crooning french ballads than hear him unsuccessfully retread old ground.
maximuss
I like these new songs, want the deluxe version, but i wait for it to get it in the shop.
sciencekiller
Amazon.ca has the deluxe Thanks. I didn't see it and figured it was limited to the band store. Changed my order.
Canuckle
Studio Gardenia, much better than the live performance IMO Also, an Amazon.ca listing for the Deluxe: http://www.amazon.ca/Post-Pop-Depression-Deluxe-Vinyl/dp/B01AY1C3RC/ref=mb_oe_l
clerk3745
I like these new songs, want the deluxe version, but i wait for it to get it in the shop. The deluxe ...like clockwork made its way to stores pretty quick, I dont forsee this being much different.
Canuckle
I'd also like to say the deluxe of ...like clockwork was SO worth the extra cost. But it's up to you on how you value the physical product. The vinyl itself was heavy, booklet was a beauty with Boneface's artwork, and the card stock of the sleeve is top notch. That being said, if you just want the tunes, stick to the standard.
mertzrock
That's awesome! Do you see him often? He seems like a cool guy, I've never met him before or seen him live yet. No, it's a residential house, I live about 2 miles down the street...have seen him at events down here, still haven't met him yet.
jeromium
Looking forward to this album but don't feel compelled to pre-order it. I'll download/stream and buy it if I love it.

Sad Heart
Closest for me is Philly. I am definitely trying to go. I can handle $50, but might have to bow out if it goes over $70.
