mayoroftelevision Posted November 16, 2010 Share Posted November 16, 2010 Glenn is awesome and so far my favorite character on the show. i think it sucks they aren't making him as bad ass as he was in the comic. in the comics he would go into the city by himself and come back with bags of supplies. in the show he needed 4 people with him to do it. of course they probably just did that for the drama of adding new characters. The show comes back in 2011 with a longer 13 episode season, but that reportedly won't occur until October, so that AMC can develop another Halloween-themed month to ramp up excitement for the show's return. It's also a recognition that AMC already has two summer shows, Mad Men and Breaking Bad, and their relatively small operation means that's really the limit for how many original shows they can support at once.
