I think most of this info was already known, but here's the official press release from ILC regarding their RSD releases:

The Independent Label Collective will release six titles for Record Store Day 2011 in collaboration with a selection of their labels. Labels participating this year include Dr. Strange Records, 6131 Records, Init Records, Red Scare Industries, and a special arrangement with one of New York City's best independent music retailers, Generation Records.

"We at Independent Label Collective are extremely proud to be participating in Record Store Day 2011 with what we consider to be a great selection of titles from some awesome bands," said Sean Patrick Rhorer, General Manager for ILC. "Anything we can do to help encourage record store culture we feel to be totally worthwhile and Record Store Day continues to demonstrate it's an event that does just that."

This marks the ILC's second year of participation in RSD, and the number of labels involved has grown significantly, from one to six. "I think it is important to have a large scale celebration that not only draws attention to the music at hand but to the brick and mortar stores who give these physical products a place to be sold out of," asserts Tracy Wilson, Head of Sales for the ILC. "It's refreshing to have one day a year where we can remind the world that there is still a small army stores all over this planet selling music and plenty of records to fill them."

The offerings include the following:

Black Market Baby / Potential Suicide / 7" / Dr. Strange / Limited to 200 Copies

Bouncing Souls / Live at Generation Records / LP / Generation / Limited to 1000 Copies

The Frustrators / Griller / 7" / Dr. Strange / Limited to 200 Copies

The Menzingers / Chamberlain Waits / LP / Red Scare / Limited to 300 Copies

Touche Amore / To the Beat of a Dead Horse (All-White Art Edition) / LP / 6131 / Limited to 250 Copies

William Elliott Whitmore/P.O.S. / Split / 7" / Init / Limited to 1500 Copies

A user on the Deftones board www.sharinglungs.com who has proven to be quite a reliable source of information in the past has posted a thread there called 4.16.11 that is dated a few days after attention had already been called to the "Covers" LP. I'm thinking there may be more vinyl output from Deftones than just this Covers LP. Hopefully Around The Fur or any repress of any of the past albums on vinyl. They seriously need to repress all of their out of print albums.

Could be speculative....or just plain good advice!

I have it and its kind of balls. I only paid 50 for it which is pretty cheap by eBay standards but I don't like it too much. Might just be that my copy is shite in comparison to others.

I really didn't pick up on the potential for a hint on travis's comment but now that you brought it to my attention, I'm thinking it may be.

The Rolling Stones release is Brown Sugar. Plundered My Soul was the 2010 RSD release. Other than that, I am curious how many copies ROIR are doing of the Bad Brains 7". And that Sonic Youth EP, 1st time on vinyl since 1993. Wonder if it will be on blue vinyl, like the original.

I 'd love to get this

William Elliott Whitmore/P.O.S. / Split / 7" / Init / Limited to 1500 Copies

I doubt either store that I'll go to gets it though

1. What stores are near you? I will have my distributor specifically hit them up to bring this title in the store for Record Store Day.

2. You should ASK for it now and request they stock it on record store day because you are interested in it.

I've been working in a record store for 11 years and as selection gets slimmer as music sales fall drastically, we can't stock every single release, and it's hard to get people to just ask for what they are looking for. Pretty much every independent record store in the U.S. does special orders or will stock something someone requests. Do this! It will help your store sell stuff you want, you get the stuff you want, and help out record labels and bands as well!

ANTONY AND THE JOHNSONS

Title: Swanlights EP 10"

900 copies

In the wake of 2010's Swanlights, Antony and the Johnsons will release the companion Swanlights EP for 2011's Record Store Day on 10" vinyl via Secretly Canadian in the US and Rough Trade in Europe and the UK. In addition to the title tack, the EP will feature 3 non-album tracks including originals "Find The Rhythm Of Your Love," and "Kissing Noone" as well as a haunting remix of "Swanlights" by Oneohtrix Point Never.

BEAR IN HEAVEN / LINDSTRØM

Title: Split 12"

850 copies

Brooklyn's Bear In Heaven and Oslo's Lindstrøm meet minds with their recent albums' standout and similarly-named tracks. Mutual fans, Lindstrøm remixes "Lovesick Teenagers" and Bear In Heaven covers "Lovesick." The result: two banging 45RPM tracks and a souvenir of a brilliant collaboration.

FRIGHTENED RABBIT / THE TWILIGHT SAD

Title: Demos Cassette

777 copies

These are demo recordings from FatCat Records artists Frightened Rabbit and Twilight Sad on cassettte in hand-designed case.

DAMIEN JURADO

Title: Live At Landlocked

900 copies

Live At Landlocked is Damien Jurado's first ever live release and was recorded on tour in support of his critically acclaimed Saint Bartlett, released in 2010. Heavy on tracks from Saint Bartlet, the live recording also includes fan favorites like "Denton, Texas" as well as an unreleased song titled "Thax Douglas #1" which Jurado wrote about the cult poet for WBEZ Chicago. In the spirit of Record Store Day Live At Landlocked was recorded at Landlocked Records in Bloomington, IN, the HQ of Secretly Canadian, on June 13th, 2010.

THE LUYAS / TWIN SISTER

Title: Split 7"

1500 copies

The Luyas and Twin Sister are close friends and mutual admirers, and what better way to celebrate their kinship than have each of them take up the side of a 7" single. Both songs on this 7" are exclusive to the release. Twin Sister's song "Meet the Frownies" was recorded for the ongoing Weathervane Music project, while the Luyas contribute the exquisite pop song, "When I Am a Woman." Both bands enchant us with their space-age pop leanings, and together these two songs make up a perfect double A-side of sonic greatness.

PINBACK

Title: Information Retrieved A 7"

1500 copies

Longtime indie-pop favorites Pinback return to active duty with the first single in the mysterious "Information Retrieved" series. Packaged in an unbelievably cool screenprinted evidence bag, sealed with RECORD STORE DAY branded evidence tape. Includes breathtaking artwork by Daniel Danger, plus loads of esoteric goodies. Released in conjunction with Pinback's US tour which begins April 17.

And then some compilations (Sacred Bones, Russian Recordings) and Yeasayer 7"

From Warner Bros. Records--their RSD press release. Notice the items in bold below, similar to what Matador did with the Sonic Youth/Beck, Sonic Youth/Jay Reatard and Pavement releases a couple of years ago.

BURBANK, CA--(Marketwire - February 28, 2011) - Warner Bros. Records has announced that it will make a series of vinyl albums and singles available on April 16th exclusively in honor of Record Store Day -- a celebration of the unique culture surrounding over 700 independently owned record stores in the USA, and hundreds of similar stores internationally. Warner Bros. Records is not only a partner in Record Store Day, but readies more vinyl for release than any other label. This year, we are outdoing ourselves with even more special releases to meet the demands of vinyl enthusiasts nationally and internationally as well. All items are available in very limited quantities and are sure to sell out fast, so don't delay!

These very special exclusive releases (in alphabetical order) are as follows:

Bad Brains: God Of Love + bonus 7" (vinyl LP + two song 7" single)

For God Of Love, Bad Brains' first album for Madonna's label Maverick, the original lineup of the group reunited. Ric Ocasek, the producer of their breakthrough Rock For Light, also returned to produce the record. This release includes two previously unreleased demo tracks: "Let's Make Love" and "It's Agreeable" on a bonus 7" vinyl.

The Belle Brigade: The Belle Brigade (vinyl LP)

A chance to get an early copy of the self-titled debut album from brother and sister duo The Belle Brigade, fronted by Barbara and Ethan Gruska, before it's released digitally and on CD by Reprise Records on April 19th. Click on the provided link to hear "Sweet Louise" right now! http://sweetlouise.thebellebrigade.com/

Built To Spill: "Ripple" (7" picture disc) Very limited collector's edition is a picture disc and features only one track; a previously unreleased live version of the Grateful dead classic recorded live on October 11, 2010 in Charlotte, NC.

Eric Clapton: Unplugged (Two-disc set on 180-gram vinyl; Bernie Grundman Mastering)

Eric Clapton's Unplugged was responsible for making acoustic-based music, and "unplugged" albums in particular, a hot trend in the early '90s. Clapton's concert was not only one of the finest Unplugged episodes, but was also some of the most genuine, heartfelt music the guitarist has ever committed to tape. And some of his most popular: The album sold more than 10 million copies in the U.S. and won several Grammy Awards, including "Album Of The Year."

Deftones: Covers (vinyl LP) Truly a unique and eclectic collection of rare cover songs spanning multiple genres, none of which has ever been available on vinyl before and a fan essential.

the guy i live with is a huge phish fan, and he mentioned that theyre releasing a 7" /500 for rsd.

but he also knows as much about vinyl as i know about phish.

It is called Two Soundchecks and features 2 soundchecks. It is the first "live" phish recordings to be on vinyl. The 7" will be numbered out of 2000 copies (this is on their website, fyi)
