Girl/"situation" are sooooo sketchy. There's also numerous posts on the site about her. Apparently her n00dz were on there at one point as well. Sounds like some bull to me. My fiancé and I both cannot stand this band and especially after all this. She proceeded to text him. After her calling him out for being a misogynist dick, he Said something back, and she ended the convo with "A statutory rape to remember" I thought it was quite good. They're a fucking band not rapist, not criminals... they're musicians who do nothing but make music that they like and apparently many other people like too. I have no proof that they did or didn't do this but doesn't anyone think if it was credible at all that there would be something done by authorities? Like use your head. And as for taking a crap on their music whether you play music or not everyone has a preference whether it's Lil Wayne or Green Day or Kelly Clarkson not everyone is going to like the same type of music. No where has this band ever claimed to be a metal band they have always claimed to be poppy with heavy parts, hence the whole pop-punk label they're slapped with. If you don't fucking like it don't fucking listen to it. And sure as hell don't judge what they do with their lives. It's easy to not pay attention to the music if you don't like it. As for selling out? They themselves have always said they have never tried to get anywhere they have always just played what they wanted to play and kids have liked it. How is that selling out? If moving forward is selling out then every smash hit artist has done the same thing and deserve your hate as well. Without the progression of bands or artists there would be no concerts, VMAs, music videos or the songs we all relate to. Say goodbye to Lil Wayne, Green Day, Kelly Clarkson and all the "non sellouts" you love. Because you can't say that if you loved music as much as not only A Day To Remember but the hundreds of bands that want to make a living out of it that if you had the opportunity to do that and only that for the rest of your life, to pay bills with it, have a house and career with it that you wold turn a record label down at the risk of "selling out". And you would be just fine with playing a local bar or venue to 20-30 people a few nights a week while you slave away at some miserable, dull day job for the rest of you life. When all you want to do is play music and reach people with music. And if you say that you would do that to not "sellout" than you're a god damn liar. Just like the assholes making up this story. It's bullshit, not credible, most likely fictional, and who knows how many mouths its been through and how much it has changed. I'll believe it when Josh Woodard admits it on camera and is taken away on charges of harassment and statutory rape. Which will probably never happen. So, have fun fucking waiting for it. All that site is is scene kids posting "anonoumous" noods or each other and themselves. Wether you like the band or not, like that girl, who's name I'm assuming is Becky said, they're musicians. Don't bitch about their music. They're gonna make it either way. The Josh guy sounds like an ass, but I don't believe some scene girl's story, especially since she whined about it on IAOU?. She probably deserved it. I woulda spit in her eye. Just because he's an ass, doesn't mean the whole band is.
