It does clear my mind though if I can get into it. But I will never run in cold weather again (unless you know, it's like life threatening.) I ended up trying to explain why it was wrong and now that band probably hates me. (On the post it shows up as vinyl but in edit it still has the S. I'm so confused.) We had some really nice weather in the mid-west the weekend and I had the opportunity to run outside for the first time in months, otherwise I run on an indoor track.
