roadmonkey Posted December 31, 2013 Share Posted December 31, 2013 My friend got me a ticket to the NOFX/D4/Teenage Bottlerocket show, but he just wats to see D4 onwards, I'm going to grab a drink and the ticket from him beforehand, then get my mosh on then be the drunk 30 something guy for NOFX. man I wish people around here liked going to see opening bands. On the plus side maybe I can talk to a woman or 2 and end the year on an awesome note. I'm going to dread heading back to the East Bay at the end of it all though.. I know it. Today was his last day of work. When he got home, he went with my grandma out to the field in their backyard and they blasted his lunchbox, hard hat, and thermos to bits with a shotgun. May be too late to cancel, you may just need to stick with sucking nyquil all night for booze and dealing with it. It feels weird to not go anywhere, since I've gone somewhere or had a party at my house every year until this year, but it's kind of nice to take a break from all of that and just enjoy the new year with the people I'm closest to.
