tokimedo
nah, im going to the show. already bought bus tickets and seeing friends in NYC and everything. gonna make a trip out of it. will be interesting to be at the show and see what happens, but after this, ive pretty much lost all interest in this band. music just doesnt do it for me, and after all, even with an amazing viral marketing campaign, its all about the music in the end. bigbruise
Although I agree with the music being underwhelming, it's kind of a bummer. The marketing was very fun and creative, but the product sucks.
jerseydave77
This show is around the corner from my office and I can't bring myself to go (unless the tickets go unsold and I will muscle through it). Toki - remember, cheap Pakistani across the street from Mercury. Just look for the cabbies, it's really good.

blahdiblah
I'm finding this record enjoyable. I'm kinda digging the uniqueness of the sound honestly. Some of the tracks took a few plays for me to like but I really think this things getting some unfair criticism. But then again to each his own. billya
I asked Brian and he said he didn't know. I then asked Andrew and he said he thought so.
youmightbewrong
There were 29 boxsets left before the show, and only 17 left now. Also, did anyone notice when the vinyl itself sold out?
billya
There were 29 boxsets left before the show, and only 17 left now. Also, did anyone notice when the vinyl itself sold out? That's nuts. I wonder how many of the actual records they pressed. 150 boxes + 250 prints and then the individual item sold out. Probably 1000?
yocaseycasey
The vinyl is sold out now? That's crazy.
astrangerwithcandy
The vinyl is sold out now? That's crazy.Na just the vinyl by itself, you can still get the vinyl box bundle or the print bundle.
jerseydave77
I just listened to what they've releases so far and remembered to cancel my order. hideyourheart and bigbruise
yocaseycasey
Yeah, I put that tier one back about two weeks ago. This was listened to once on my computer. I already forgot about this band.
jerseydave77
Allow me to give credit where it is due: I asked Merch Direct to cancel my order. I had a refund in less than 5 minutes. That's rock solid considering some of the criticism they've garnered around here (including from me). daegor
zacooper
I'm digging this album but wish i would have grabbed just the vinyl instead of tier 1. I don't need the box or book. I'd cancel but the tier 3 LP only is sold out. If anyone has just the LP they are thinking of cancelling let me know and I'll buy it off you so I can cancel the Tier
blanchardoswald
I'm stoked for the book. I hope it's not just lyrics and more of an actual book type thing to go along with the album's story. Im a sucker for stuff like that.
