Whip Wilson
Interesting. Can you please post the runouts, Cambionic? Or pics, if you'd prefer?
Erizk182
Im going to sound horrible for this...but Im shocked there isn't a vinyl pressing of the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack. Its actually not bad and as of today it has the biggest soundtrack debut since 2009. It is now No. 2 on Billboard top 200. Its under Republic Records and they are the ones that made pressings of the Twilight and Hunger Games soundtracks on vinyl. Wonder why this one didn't get the same treatment? I agree. I would happily pick up a copy of it. Grey vinyl with d side etching of a leather whip. Haha.
PRINCE
Judging from the runout on the "boot" it's pressed with the same plates as the Simply Vinyl release. I have it in my hands right now. Amoeba was sold out when I called, a couple users on here asked for copies when I broke the news, I too had to settle for eBay but I'm glad I did, been waiting for this puppy for some time now, and yes I agree, fuck paying $300.. will also buy the inevitable repress as well.. cambionic
Interesting. Can you please post the runouts, Cambionic? Or pics, if you'd prefer? SVLP - 119 with an appended A/B/C/D depending on side. You won't believe how incredibly difficult it was to get a macro shot of the runouts on the translucent vinyl. This is the best I could get (it's bad, I know): Whip Wilson
Whip Wilson
Hey, I appreciate that, Cambionic. Nice work. Wish I knew more about bootlegs, but at least it seems to be coming from a legit stamper. I suppose we'd have to find someone with an original pressing to be absolutely certain. throwgncpr
I've been rewatching heroes and now I really want the shows soundtrack pressed. Lalaland put out really nice expanded CD versions. I wish they would start pressing vinyl. I'd have to send them my paycheck regularly...
Vector53
Man Heroes. So much potential wasted after that first season, and dragged on for 3 more years until it died with an ending that could have made it all go X-Men and a show I was gonna keep watching until it was announced that it was cancelled haha. dubvulture
The 7" and 12" 's of this single go for crazy stupid prices too. They should've added it as a bonus track at the end or something The repress of the 12" is still available here: http://www.monamierecords.com/products/q-lazzarus-jon-hopkins-hayden-thorpe-goodbye-horses-12-single

hallowken78
http://www.rustblade.com/2015/demons-original-soundtrack-vinyl/ Profondo Rossi is pretty cool though. I can't speak to Opera. Sweet, thanks Whip! Profondo Rosso is great but I already have the LP so I don't really need the 10". And for some reason Opera is one I never got into musically. I know I have it on cd somewhere so maybe I'll bust it out and give it another listen before I make a decision.
TFP
I don't know if this will be a thing I will have to worry about yet, but just last month this subscription deal had a John Carpenter's "The Fog" 7" In December, Zavvi started a subscription service not unlike Loot Crate that delivers a box of goods to your home for a standard price. Here is the webpage for it: http://www.zavvi.com/offers/zbox/past-zboxs.list And last month's theme was "Undead" and among other things, the box included a "The Fog" 7" vinyl exclusive to Zavvi. Discogs link (pretty cool): http://www.discogs.com/John-Carpenter-The-Fog/release/6712482 This next month's theme is Retro and I can just see me missing out on a Sonic the Hedgehog vinyl or something haha.
