jpjustinpape
I fucking hate when albums are released as whatever x 7"/10" versions. Are those Rancid records still sitting unsold in storage somewhere? Agree! I would love copies of Kid-A and Amnesiac by Radiohead but don't want double 10" versions! jerseydave77
Sad that all those Bathory represses are on pic disc. Not sad: that Emporer repress. So awesome. That l.p. alone is worth my annual early morning. withengineheart

Moglog
Woohoo! I'm guessing that 5LP LCD boxset is gonna be their final show at MSG that everyone has been begging for??? If so, I definitely need that one. I hate to think how much money I'm going to spend on this.

timsimmons
I wonder if the REM unplugged set is both unplugged performances. Seems excessive to spread the first once across 4 records.

TFP
This is the first time anything of the Scott Poilgrim VG Soundtrack has been pressed correct? I know there have been other Anamanaguchi things pressed like a 7" and their new record but was that 7" part of the Video Game?

Hopefully one of these songs is as good as Night With the Jersey Devil.

museummouth
So fucking excited for Scott Pilgrim. I asked the band about pressing this before and they said they couldn't because they didn't own the rights. I thought it was a lost cause. bobfrombob
I haven't decided if this is a good thing or a bad thing yet but I'm going to be in Nashville for RSD. Where should I go, and what time do I need to show up to have a decent shot at the majority of what I want (I know that question is unanswerable, especially since I don't know exactly what I want yet)? Good luck. I heard it's nuts there. People camp out in tents and stuff.
stl_ben
IF you are in Nashville go to Grimey's first. Probably a few hours before they open (depending how rare the stuff you want is.) After Grimey's hit up Third Man, Found Object or The Groove to check out what they have going on.

After Grimey's hit up Third Man, Found Object or The Groove to check out what they have going on. So if few hours means two or three, that's not too bad. I've been in the habit of showing up like 90 minutes early in Ottawa and usually being pretty successful. I have heard the stories about 5 + hour lines at Third Man and I really doubt there's going to be anything I need that bad.
stl_ben
Yeah TMR lines are crazy dumb, I camped there for the liquid filled...but haven't had anything else that has got me to spend that much effort on. Grimey's gets A LOT of copies of all the releases. Normally have their own special releases (last year was a paramour record). And great live bands/signings all day. rynflnnry
