subplotofcrows
Yeah, I dumped my NJ box set as it was obviously CD-R sourced, with 2 second gaps between (segued) tracks on at least one of the titles if I recall, and the horrible clipping distortion on O' God that's present on the CD. I've never owned it and was looking to buy it for the longest time, but after reading about how bad it sounds (especially with the gaps) I sort of gave up. It just sucks because those are 3 of my favorite records of all time.
mmhmm
So I was checking out some of these releases to see what they were going for elsewhere and stumbled upon this with the help of a previous thread about the album: http://www.merchdirect.com/ToothandNail/MxPx/Vinyl/PokinatchaDoubleLPLIGHTBLUEVINYL/?productid=16416 Is this the same version that they are now selling for $30? Someone already mentioned this "discrepancy." Jump on the better deal if owning MxPx's first album on vinyl is a must for you.
birdturbo
It's been explained why Tooth & Nail won't put out any old releases themselves. They sold their entire back catalog to EMI Christian Music Group, who bought it for the CD/digital revenue generated by their bigger artists, since Christians are one of the last demographics to actually pay for music. They have expressed that they have no interest in licensing out any releases, and since very few T&N albums are considered "significant" by a corporation that controls The Beatles, Pink Floyd, and Coldplay, the unfortunate reality is that pretty much every Tooth & Nail and Solid State release is more or less a hopeless cause. Although they are pressing August Burns Red's first album for Record Store Day, so it's not hopeless hopeless, but RSD is a low risk release date since stores can't return unsold RSD releases, and ABR is a low risk band since they've sold an insane amount of records on formats that accountants actually care about. In other words, unless it's a release that sold a huge amount of CDs and has never been on vinyl, make peace with the fact that it probably won't ever exist. Thank you for this info! I've always been curious as to why so few T&N releases have vinyl pressings.

jewfro
45 bucks for as cities burn. Also I wonder why the two different prices for messengers without specifying in the details if one is 180 etc
rcafilm
Looks like haze is /300 whereas splatter doesn't give any pressing info.
BWALL
Id pay 40 for Define the Great Line, mostly so I could take it off my discogs want list. 2 people keep relisting it at the same price almost every day, it's getting annoying. Fridge Fox
This reminds me to try and get a copy of the Anti-Mother for not-so-ballsack of a price. I snagged one off Musicstack a while ago for like $22 shipped. there were a few people selling it. the site feels kind of sketch but I did get the record without any problems.
