It's the same shit. Just that apparently the one from the NIN.com site as handle by MyPlay Direct or whoever, is taking forever to ship put to anyone who ordered the damn thing. I signed up for prime last year and canceled it because it was pricey and never bought anything. I ordered this along with two other preorders that don't come out till February so I could get free shipping. I got a shipping notification yesterday saying it shipped and it arrived just now.
