Insound Closing Its Doors After 16 Years

Recommended Posts

Probably a Brock Solid choice. Another problem with the RPM 1.3 is that it doesn't come with a dust cover. I'm eyeing up the RP1, myself.

Anyone got an opinion on the performance pack vs regular for the RP1?

The RP1 Performance Pack turntable includes the Rega Bias2 moving magnet cartridge, upgrade drive belt and a high performance 100% natural wool turntable mat usually supplied with the P3, P5 and P7. You will also find a 14mm diameter rubber spacer fitted to the balance weight shaft which ensures the plug and play design of the RP1 remains.

Is that worth +$200?

Its a shame i just spent money on a honeymoon. Could really go for an upgrade on my set up. I keep buying more records instead of not having my sony turntable that works perfectly fine but not "professional quality"

this was my struggle. My system is perfectly adequate, this is just better. Do I put an extra $300 in my savings toward a house...or upgrade my TT to something snazzy. I went for the upgrade...
