thejesseb
no one likes NFG anymore i guess...Im just not paying $7 for a 7" with one new song.
ronniegwilliams
I love NFG, but I'm with thejessb, I'm not about to pay $7 (definitely over 10 after s&h) for a new acoustic song
dantheriver
Im just not paying $7 for a 7" with one new song. Definitely this. Might grab it next time I need something else from merchnow, but definitely wouldn't order it by itself.
marc32137
I wouldn't even call it a new song. It's just an acoustic version of an existing song. Not worth it.
zacooper
Agreed on this price thing. Also, is it just me or does that mock up look more like red with heavy black splatter than the other way around?

RyanSmithers
I like NFG a lot still, but yeah, how about an actual new b-side or something? Not an acoustic version...hard to justify getting this besides getting it for just collecting's sake...
FlippingOut
$11.69 ppd for this
ChasHawk
$18 and change PPD for both...got em because nothing else is really on my radar right now and I've always loved nfg. verb1999
verb1999
Happy thread! I went ahead & ordered, why not. Maybe they should've pressed less, I wager 250 of each would have been just fine & supplied the demand. They tweeted that they're selling fast, though I'm sure that was just a sales tactic. But It's $7, you guys are acting like they're charging $15-$20. What do you want it to be, $1.50? They offer media mail shipping, which must be actual charges ($4.69), that don't happen often. Gotta appreciate that. Where's Oscar, you on board?? I always enjoy NFG & Yellowcard acoustics. stl_ben
mmhmm
That acoustic track has been available for awhile too...came off the Japanese import of "Resurrection." Should be easy to find.
jaxvinyl
But guys...it's limited. Also the splatter is heavy. Definitely a must have.

ChasHawk
Does any of that really matter for those of us that wanted/ordered it?

Nice, I didn't even realize they had a Japanese version. Should've known...NFG always does. Looks like aside from Living Hell, it also has an acoustic version of Persistent. mmhmm
Yep. No need to buy the vinyl to get them.
verb1999
Too late! Already ordered. >:-( Oh well, lol I don't mind supporting NFG. Idk how many other people on the board collect import versions of albums that have extra songs not available in the US, if any, but if anyone else does, I recommend yesasia.com. They carry multiple region versions of CD's, some vinyl too, though I don't think their vinyl prices are worth buying from. Usually the best prices on import CD's though, and ship free for orders >$35.
ChasHawk
Yep. No need to buy the vinyl to get them. There's no need to buy anything to listen to just about every song ever recorded. The point of collecting records is the desire to own the physical media that contains the songs.
