timsimmons
It's a phenomenal follow up to Bones. Lots of killer tracks. Down Side of Me is the only track that I don't think works.
christopepper
I love it. Not quite as many high points as Bones for me, but that's not really a knock on EOE. Overall EOE feels more polished and complete throughout, and is a great edition to their catalog. I can't wait to see them tour for this album. The setlist should be killer. Oh man, that's my favorite song. I like how ethereal and floaty it sounds. The album overall is really great. patreeeek
Papercup
its hard for me to say whether or not I like this album or bones more, they're different but in a good way.

Mikko777
I just received my copy. Not quite at the same level than Bones, mut excellent release nonetheless. Like someone said, good addition to their catalog.
Papercup
If anyone is still waiting on their order from fatbeats I got this email from them today. Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, the label had some issues getting us the full amount we had on order of the limited, coke-bottle clear colored vinyl in time for the release date, but they’re due to arrive this Wednesday, September 30th. Sorry for the hold-up!
jameshays
Got mine today (white version). First song on side two had some crazy obvious sibilance. Odd that is this bad on the outer grooves. Anyone else notice this or is it time for me to replace my cartridge/stylus?
HybridxReality
Just received notification from fatbeats that the limited edition is now available again. http://www.fatbeats.com/products/chvrches-every-open-eye-lp Thanks for the heads up! Will order later on today. Hopefully it lasts until then.

Boourns
I love it. Not quite as many high points as Bones for me, but that's not really a knock on EOE. Overall EOE feels more polished and complete throughout, and is a great edition to their catalog. I can't wait to see them tour for this album. The setlist should be killer. Agreed. Nothing tops "Recover" but the album is a solid delight. Can't wait to see them again live. Shame they play such big venues now and good tickets are impossible to get, it at least in LA. The one track I don't like is the first one on the second side.
ryantark
Indievinylden just put some Coke Bottle up for ~$26+ship ($29) Kinda pricey, but better than ebay. (They also posted on ebay at a couple bucks higher) My local had some, but for me to get it to you would have been $22+tax+PayPal+Shipping...about the same as IVD is charging. cdcart
Indie Vinyl Den does this often. Sarah from there is great to deal with and has been able to on many occasions locate copies of special vinyl releases that are sold out elsewhere. They pay more to get them and charge accordingly. Their first batch was $22.99. The trick is to buy right away or pre-sale if offered. Maybe I should practice what I preach. If you see it cheaper elsewhere let their Twitter guy know and often will match/beat the deal.

Nubbinsbuddy
Stopped at the electric fetus in Minneapolis yesterday afternoon and they still had 5-7 coke bottle clear left. As a bonus CHVRCHES will be there next week for a signing before they play their show!
radiatorhums
Not really feeling this after three listens. I picked up tickets to see them in a few weeks, hoping the live experience will help me come around to this.

This is one of the first albums in some time where I finished listening to the B Side then flipped it over to listen to the whole thing all over again patreeeek

Snaggle Von Swift
Saw them in Philly last week and was really impressed. (Helped make this album grow on me a lot) Also picked up the coke bottle green from Sound Garden in Baltimore for only $14.
doomcreep
Anyone else's "coke bottle" have a bunch of green swirl in it? Saw one picture in the thread and it doesn't look like it does. Got mine from Bullmoose. Lots of swirl in it. Looks awesome. Also, my a-side cuts in super fast to "Never Ending Circles"; feels like a second or two is missing. It's really abrupt. The Vool
I coincidently saw them perform a song live on German TV yesterday... I always thought they are a doom/black metal band :D Probably because of the "V" in their band name... Cloudsbelow
