Whip Wilson
I've always wanted to hear these albums if they were completely brick-walled. Guess this is my chance. Love it. Klefki
roadmonkey
Can't Wait until they announce a Remastered, Re-engineered, Re-recorded versions of their old records rather than concentrate on writing a new good record. UP Next!! ...In Justice For All with Rob on Bass jack8urt0n and Klefki
throughbeingcruel
I wouldn't mind a good sounding copy of Kill Em All. It's the only album I really like by them, but aren't all the readily available/affordable pressings garbage?
kannibal
I don't think the previous Warner presses sound like garbage. I'm not saying they compare to that one ultra rare version that also just happens to "blow every other version clear out of the water and sounds like you've never truly heard the album before", but they are fine. I think the last Blackened run used the same metals.

vinyl addict
As far as recent presses go, the Warner 45 rpm presses sound great. They are pretty affordable too. I scored MoP at Newbury Comics for $20,and RtL for $30. Both used, of course.

piky0032
Pre Ordered VIa amazon......The Metclub shipping is still fucked......would be $149 to ship the 2 sets to Aus....hopefully that price comes down a little....but the sets are packed with some pretty cool shit
Le Gogh
$149.99!? Go home Lars, you're drunk. Seriously though how many live albums do these guys pump out? I get remastering the albums themselves or whatever but these box sets just seem excessive to me. Maybe I'm in the minority here...
vinyl addict
Definitely not in the minority (unless it's just the 2 of us)

Le Gogh
I think the real question here is (and I'm being serious); when they get to "remastering" AJFA, will we actually be able to hear Jason Newsted's playing? In hindsight $149.99 isn't actually THAT bad for everything you get, but I guess you need to be a mega-fan for these. I suppose that's who these are targetted at anyway, so they're priced accordingly.
Vega
Shit, i really need those but am totally out of cash right now. Their website says they will continue doing those for the other records so it would be awesome to have their complete discography on the shelf as box sets once their done...
