You've been listening to DEP for like a year. The fuck is this "finally" shit? It's been 10 years since I saw them and I waited like 3 years before they came around. Actually, the first show I ever went to was ETID/Zao doing an off date while on your with DEP.

Went to get my rotors replaced today. Turned out I needed a new caliper. Between that, the oil change/inspection last week, and new tires next week we will have dropped $1k on my car. Ugh forever.

I know this has been covered tons of times before, but does anyone have any suggestions for a pair of in ear headphones? I need a new set.

Xiaomi. Amazing sound quality for the price. Matt might actually have an extra pair or two, iirc.

Did Dimitri sing?

I wish, I think that was just for the one date. I didn't see him (but may not have recognized him) and he for sure didn't do 43% so I'd assume not.

It's been longer than a year, probably at least two and a half ish which isn't *that* long but I've been watching for them to go on tour near me since I've given a shit about music. Still pretty damn exciting.

Lame. I have to drop $600 this weekend for a new o2 sensor, knock sensor and evap valve. Fuck cars.

I still have one tire code left, for 20% off goodyear tires, if you want to see if it'll save you any money.

Obviously taste is subjective.  I will always refer to Puciato(sic) as a try hard.

Really off putting. ..

I dunno, I really enjoy him. Show was fun. Also got the Happiness 7" so I have no excuse to not complete the discog now. Have all the studio albums and am only missing a few splits/EPs/etc

Hey, I am glad you dig some of it at least

I like the whole discography. They're probably at least a top 20 favorite band of mine. One of the most consistently excellent discographies I've seen too. Ire is just my favorite for a few reasons. The heavy stuff is as good as it is on any DEP album, but I really like the added slower/mellower tracks and the transitions. Gave the album a really cohesive feel.

The Mullet Burden still gets the blood pumping through these ghostly veins.

When I saw them they played this and I LOST MY GOD DAMN MIND. I remember it was me and like 3 other dudes going apeshit.

Puciato is definitely a try hard. When I saw them he was still a little bit grounded, but then he started dating pornstars and playing with NIN.

Him climbing the rafters in the barn of a venue I grew up going to will always hold a special place in my heart. I'll never forget all the lights going out, an Aphex Twin song playing, and then all of a sudden STROBE LIGHTS, they're playing Panasonic Youth, and he has me in a headlock. Amazing show. It was hilarious that Unearth played after them, but I was long gone.

Thanks dude, I appreciate the offer. Sadly the $400+ is ALREADY at 20% off. My car needs weird tires that are like $120 each.

It's been the same set every night. Missing some stuff I would have liked to have seen but whatever, it was still pretty great. The crowd was kind of a letdown though. The venue was the emptiest I have ever seen it. It was right by ASU so maybe everyone was out drinking or something? Dunno, but the place (2500ish cap) wasn't even half full. Most of the crowd was standing in the back of the room and was hardly moving, only the first few rows were. The pit was me and maybe 6 other guys. @DOMAN127 was giving me a hard time this morning because I went way too hard and kept trying to get people to start shit. I did get a shirt, the new album, and the Happiness 7" so I can't be too upset though.

Yeah, I saw them at a 400 cap room that was maybe half full. It was maybe like 10 dudes going off.

During  Sunshine the Werewolf Greg brought out a random unplugged amp. It was clearly for stage dives and no one did anything. I got up and launched off of it and some kid grabbed me and was like "Holy shit, that was fucking awesome!"

As I was leaving some dude I knew just from being at all the same shows stopped me like "Yo, what the fuck was up with this crowd? Motherfuckers can only mosh in 4/4? Thanks for holding it down"

I keep seeing the same people in the pits out here too. Dude I saw at the past few metal shows I've been at in an Opeth battle vest and I tore shit up.

It was fun because it was halloween and some people were in costumes so Waldo and Kurt Cobain were beating the hell out of each other.

What year and model is your car? I hate when car manufactures go with weird tire fitments. My tire size is common, but the guys at the shop say every time they get a car with it, tires do not last long for some reason.

Fuuuuuuuuck yeeessssss just ordered The Fountain

So glad Mondo stopped that randomly inserted variant bullshit. I'm sure not having everyone order 4+ copies helps things go smoother.

Yep, that was easy as pie. Just like the Twin Peaks drop. No waiting, no slowness, no sold out in a minute garbage.
