Did not adjust settings at all, tried again, and shipping went up a couple dollars? But it went through just fine the second time. Confused about that shipping, though. My AFS copy did not have it as far as I can remember. It may have just been for retailers so they know what it is since there's no other distinguishable markings on the cover. If it looked like a sticker like on the originals I wouldn't have mentioned it. Either it's printed on or for the picture they've stuck the sticker directly to the cover.
