Without exaggerating, over half of all their records had been opened, with vinyl put back into the plastic bags outside of their sleeves. Most had pretty bad corner dings too. I mentioned this to the staff, and they said people come in and open them all the time, just to see the vinyl colour - and there's nothing they can do about it.
