The packaging is stellar, really glad I could get all three of these for less than what a first press would cost. Awesome! Can't wait to get my copy now! Got to say that the gold looks like it matches the embossed cover pretty well... at least in the picture above. But even still, I think I dig the clear variant the most. Isn't the best sounding record by any means, but it certainly isn't unlistenable. I'd rate it as an average sounding record. No surface noise, that's for sure. It sounds vastly superior to the cd in my opinion, plus it has the bonus track of Eclipse. Eclipse actually highlights how good it sounds because I believe, though I could be wrong, that it was mixed and mastered by a different person so you hear the difference in the production as compared to the rest of the album because it is not as good.
