dawhizz
Have to work. Sending my wife with a list and hoping for the best. Wife got Decemberists and Okkervil River. No Deja or Bedhead. Pretty much what I expected.

voltagedrop
If anyone in Toronto manages to find the Sloan 12", I'm looking for one!
serum7
Grabbed Foo Fighters, of Montreal, and Braid. Only ones I wanted but didn't get were Lees of Memory and Chris Farren. A bit of controversy as well because the store we went to said they had no Deja (made it very publicly clear). My friend was walking out of the store and watched them pull a copy from under the counter to give the guy behind him. They hid it under his stack of records as he checked out. Shady shit, and disappointing because we all thought they were better than that.

paralyticstalks
Ended up getting the Frank soundtrack, of Montreal, Violent Femmes, Ride, Surfer Blood, and what must have been the last copy of Get Behind Me Satan. I saw some guy walking around with a copy but didn't see it on any of the shelves so I asked him where he got it and he was like "oh man they were right now but it looks like they're gone". On the way to the register some other guy put his copy back on the shelf right in front of me. It was fate.

marc32137
how limited was the whiplash soundtrack? Not sure but it's getting a wide release after RSD. There wasn't even anything RSD-related on the packaging. ilikeguitars

mudoubleray
Got in line with about 20 mins to spare, 20-25 people ahead of me so it took forever to get to the boxes but it ended up working out: *Braid - Kids Get Grids *Front Bottoms/GDP *Lees of Memory - Soft Places/Within a Dream II *Hutch & Kathy (for a friend overseas, really glad about this one) *Kind of Like Spitting - Nothing Makes Sense Without It (the major coup here) *Mclusky - Mcluskyism *The Replacements - Alex Chilton (wouldn't have done this if I knew it was /7500) *Run the Jewels (a whole bunch of these in stock) Forgot about the Pity Sex 7", but it wasn't in stock anyway. David The Gnome
If you aren't married to the variant you don't need to fret. RFC confirmed there will be another pressing after RSD. I'm a little bit married to the variant. I have an OG copy but this album is close to the chest for me. Luckily, someone on here grabbed me a copy. Thanks for the info though, man. STÖNCÜLD
Nice presentation on this one. Nice heavy gatefold cover, poly lined sleeves, and a booklet. Just in case anyone was wondering. Vinyl coloring on mine wasn't mixed as good as it could have been.

Boourns
Very happy with my origami score: I also got Neko Case, Goldfrapp, and Pulp - Little Girl for friends. The only record I was denied was J Dilla - Fuck the Police because they didn't get it in. actually had to shorten my list and put a few back due to budget concerns, and I didn't want to grab so much with so many still in line. Now I gotta hunt down an ice cream truck and then head home for sleep and listening to all my great records. And for the record, Origami had 4 copies of Brand New and one Red House Painters box. Those went immediately.

Good to know, thanks for the info. I can wait it out and hopefully see it drop in price.
