One Hundred Fifty-Two
Same feelings as everyone else. I'll keep watching and try to remember that this isn't breaking bad and shouldn't be judged based on the best tv show in recent history. 3arl
I loved it. Gilligan has always been good at keeping the tension high even when you know how the story ends. Also curious to see how much post-BB story there is. I know Odenkirk mentioned that he would like to explore both the before and after sides. TFP
I enjoyed the premier. I recently binge watched Breaking Bad on Netflix over the Christmas holiday and enjoyed it, so I was ready for this premier. I also like that AMC is doing a 2-night premier. For anyone that missed the first episode the it is being re-aired tonight at 9PM before the new episode at 10.
Dillhole
I'm pumped I get to watch this show live from the start. I didn't get into BB until the last half of the last season and had to binge watch to catch up.
castaway
Kept reading about a crazy ending on Twitter so as soon as I saw that the old lady was just going to run inside while the skaters were chirping at her I was like "Okay, who does she live with from Breaking Bad? Tuco?" Kind of wish I had stayed off Twitter.
Guest
i hope they bring back/go into more history with Gale on this show.
thebiglebowski
Similar thoughts to a lot of people. It was pretty good. Nothing mind-blowing (and that wasn't much of a cliffhanger). Wasn't exactly the easiest episode to follow as it was developing but by the end I think I got everything that is going on.
HybridxReality
I want to see it, but I'll get hooked too fast.. I feel like waiting until a couple seasons are up on Netflix.
marc32137
The replay tonight is from 9-10. Did they seriously put an extra 15 minutes of commercials in there last night?
carrowsmith89
Same feelings as everyone else. I'll keep watching and try to remember that this isn't breaking bad and shouldn't be judged based on the best tv show in recent history. The problem is that a lot of people won't go in thinking this way, when they should. Expectations are always set too high when there are sequels, in this case spin off. More often than not, the first time around cannot be duplicated or exceeded. If you keep expectations lower going in, I find that you will enjoy it more if those expectation are met, and even more satisfying and surprising when they are met even further. I don't think that people realize how different it was for breaking bad in the beginning. The first season was cut short, and not nearly as many people watched. I would say that season one was a bit slow for me as things developed, but really picked up from there. The show didn't really take off until season 3, or even 4. If the show had been on another network, it probably would have been canceled after the first or second season. I enjoyed the pilot episode, and I know that things will take time to develop, but i'm interested to see where this goes.

GradedOnACurve
The replay tonight is from 9-10. Did they seriously put an extra 15 minutes of commercials in there last night? No I don't think so. I DVR'd it and the first commercial break didn't come until 24 minutes in. There also were very few breaks IMO.

BuzzersonKillwell
I thought BB ended great but I didn't LOVE the show, so my expectations weren't sky high. But I really enjoyed the first episode. Excited to see more.
mrewest
I loved the pilot. I loved the cliffhanger. He was one of my fav characters just because of how psychotically unpredictable he was.
Jesus Of Suburbia
Another great episode. This show has a strong future ahead. I mean a season 2 is already confirmed but the writing and acting is just phenomenal. Vince Gilligan has done it again
Satan
Is AMC re-airing these at all tonight? I'll be home from work around 2am EST.
One Hundred Fifty-Two
Second one was basically my assumption on what would happen after running into tuco. Do we know for sure what is wrong with his brother. Seems like a neurological issue that prevents him from leaving the house.

dapeebs
I think he's hypersensitive to electricity. Interesting theory. Is that something that can naturally develop? Because they said he'd hadn't been to his firm in about a year. Before that I would figure he was fully functioning human being.
hippielauryn
Another great episode. This show has a strong future ahead. I mean a season 2 is already confirmed but the writing and acting is just phenomenal. Vince Gilligan has done it again This is exactly how I feel. Loved the 2nd episode even more than the 1st, and I expect great things from this show. Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould make an amazing team that turn out incredible content. As far as Chuck, Jimmy's a.k.a. Saul's brother, goes I think there is definitely a neurological issue there. I'm sure they will elaborate more as the story progresses. laralaurent
I loved the pilot. I loved the cliffhanger. He was one of my fav characters just because of how psychotically unpredictable he was. Definitely see that in this last episode! I couldn't look at the screen after the deal b/w Tuco and Saul, but I think the sound was worst than what I would have seen. Great episode. Can really see Saul come to form.
