Hossy55
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but looking at the track listing for both the "advanced edition" and the normal, the advanced look like less tracks? Am I missing something? Or are they both the exact same minus cover art, etc etc. ? Different price points make me nervous I guess

No This Is Patrick
I don't know any of the iam8bit releases, minus the Rare series and Uncharted... but, wow, their mock-ups look sweet!
dapeebs
I bet if the mockup is anything like the final product it'll look sweet, especially under a light.

Different price points make me nervous I guess Just to clear any confusion - the Advanced Edition LP only contains the tracks that Ben Prunty made specifically for the Advanced Edition of FTL. None of these were on the original OST (and vice versa). They are two different soundtracks. The Advanced Edition OST can be streamed here: https://benprunty.bandcamp.com/album/ftl-advanced-edition-soundtrack And for good measure the original FTL OST can be streamed here: https://benprunty.bandcamp.com/album/ftl TL;DR: There's no repeated tracks between the two :-) slinch, Hossy55, EHughes527 and 1 other

pmlevine
really?!?!? great! those Battletoad LP's were crazy priced before the repress, awesome news! thanks They did this last year. The year before they didn't. They might have an exclusive variant at SDCC but Im sure everything they release will be made widely available. pmlevine
Only if there is any left. This is not what they did last year. Aliens and Superman went on sale to everyone a few weeks after. I really wouldn't worry to much. Even at Mondocon they had extras of the bizarro Superman and aqua Mad Max. And Black Swan and Army of Darkness. stl_ben
Dos things: 1. Battletoads was made by Iam8Bit, which was actually offsite, harder to get, and had a firm number of copies made. B. Most Mondo releases at the Con have not had firm numbers, but their stuff is often hard to get just due to lines of folks trying to buy prints. Omega. With minimal info now it's impossible to tell if they will have more or not. Could be like Superman, could be like the Anime LP. We shall see...
