Assuming it's not an option to go back to the old plan, you could ask for the old doc to recommend a new one? And maybe the old doc could explain the relevant info? I can give that a shot, thanks. i didn't know it was a thing to ask your current dr for a recommendation. i didn't think they kept track of which drs took what insurance.
