dominic252
Brand New - Play Crack The Sky The Starting Line - This Ride (only because the last line is "Here's the things I meant but never said" and then you listen to the whole album again and that line kind of makes sense to be last) Royce and jayteamanis

jlobban
BRAND NEW HAS THE WORST ALBUM ENDERS. this is getting me angry. aside from the openers, i'd argue that every one of their record's songs are completely out of order to how they should be
Team Avatar
I definitely agree, although I love TDAG order minus the last track. dominic252

̮ ɤ ̮
Jimmy eat world has great album enders: Jimmy Eat World - My Sundown Jimmy Eat World - 23 Jimmy Eat world - Goodbye Sky Harbor Jimmy Eat World - Mixtape Roller Queen from their self titled EP kills it for me. Probably my favourite track overall. Other great enders: Yo La Tengo - Blue Line Swinger (from Electr-O-Pura) Bloc Party - SRXT (from A Weekend In The City) Reuben - A Short History Of Nearly Everything (from In Nothing We Trust)
backpackoat
I'd add Cursive - What Have I Done. This song absolutely rips. Lyrics are incredible, structurally it's perfect, I just think it's one of the best things they've ever done and such a good ender song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zvdh5r6qRbA Far and away my favorite Cursive song. For me personally, this is the correct answer. Lots of favorites that have already been mentioned, As Tall As Lions - Maybe I'm Just Tired Circa Survive - All Your Friends Are Gone Copeland - Not So Tough Found Out The Receiving End Of Sirens - Pale Blue Dot Bon Iver - Beth/Rest (nice to see it getting so much love here) 23 was probably the first ender that made me go "whoa", so of course lots of love to that Multiple others, but I'll add Almanac by Volcano Choir--that song ruled for me this year--and Take Your Time Coming Home by fun. because it's so grand. The Vool
My favorite album ender is the medley at the end of the Beatles Abbey Road when they play Golden Slumbers, Carry That Weight, The End and Her Majesty. Very good one! ...and I'll add "A Day in the Life" from Sgt.Pepper!
jtcohenour
Very good one! ...and I'll add "A Day in the Life" from Sgt.Pepper! Agreed, good one as well. Can you believe someone down voted me for Abbey Road. I'm would imagine whatever music that person likes would not exist if the Beatles had not. Dillhole
I don't really notice this off newer albums too much. But older bands nailed it. Billy Joel -- Captain Jack (off Piano Man) Boston -- Let Me Take You Home Tonight (off self titled) YES -- Hearts (off 90125) Genesis -- AIsle Of Plenty (off Selling England By The Pound) seriously one of my all time favorite albums
