mitchard
Really would like to own this, but I probably won't feel like shelling out this kind of cash when it comes down to it.
anthemforadoomed
Hell yes this is beautiful. Criterion will probably get their name on there somewhere knowing them and Wes.

scottyrobotty
I'm stoked for the Fantastic Mr. Fox vinyl. So many good songs on there and such and underrated/over-ignored movie. hippielauryn
toxicity
I love all of Wes Anderson's films, but this is the kind of thing that I'd buy for the novelty more than anything else. I doubt I'd ever really listen to the soundtracks, because for me they're so linked to the films and imagery that I might as well just watch my Blu-rays. wildstar
Well, i better decide which lung to sell to pay for this, because it's coming either way.

dreamover
I love all of Wes Anderson's films, but this is the kind of thing that I'd buy for the novelty more than anything else. I doubt I'd ever really listen to the soundtracks, because for me they're so linked to the films and imagery that I might as well just watch my Blu-rays. i feel the exact opposite. there's not a whole lot of soundtracks i listen to, front to back. most of these are such fantastic albums, i will be spinning them all the time. super excited for all of these. for the tunes. Green Tea Papi
Is it just scores or songs used too, and will it have the interludes like on the Moonrise Kingdom Soundtrack, because those were missing from the vinyl
openupyourskull
I love all of Wes Anderson's films, but this is the kind of thing that I'd buy for the novelty more than anything else. I doubt I'd ever really listen to the soundtracks, because for me they're so linked to the films and imagery that I might as well just watch my Blu-rays. I'm in this boat too. I love Wes' work, but this will definitely be expensive. Trust me, I'd love to have it as a fun thing, but between the price and how much I'd actually go out of my way to listen to it I doubt the two would add up. kyacrash
The Lift Aquatic soundtrack was one of the only soundtracks I listened to regularly over the last 10 years or so. So good. kamalatapes
tarzioo_
Good good good. Very happy to hear this. I own moonrise kingdom on vinyl and fantastic mr fox and the royal tenenbaums on cd. I will definitely buy this when it comes out on vinyl. I should probably start saving now since it'll probably cost a bazillion dollars. TheFacilitator
The Royal Tenenbaum's soundtrack is so perfect in every way. Perfect placement of the stones song, and the Nico song. Love it!

nelso330
The grand Budapest soundtrack is amazing - I've listened to it 10 times straight through! The variations on the main theme are beautiful! OrangeJoe
I want them to take their time with it. I have no money, and RSD is going to rape me already.
vc2020
What would make it 10 albums? 1.Bottle Rocket 2.Rushmore 3.Royal Tenenbaums 4.Life Aquatic 5.Darjeeling Limited 6.Fantastic Mr.Fox 7.Moonrise Kingdom 8.Grand Budapest Hotel 9.??? 10.??? They mentioned The Life Aquatic Seu Jorge sessions so that's 9. If this is all the unoriginal music they used then maybe they'll have an extra LP of score suites for each album or something.
